School plays a critical role in promoting the health and safety of young people. schools provide an opportunity to millions of students to learn about the dangers of unhealthy behaviours and to practice skills that promote a healthy lifestyle. Keeping with this endeavour, Presidium Palam Vihar conducted a special assembly on World AIDS Day. A theatrical performance educated students about how AIDS is spread and the measures to be safe were discussed. The assembly put forward the message of being safe than sorry.
