EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING TAKEN TO NEXT LEVEL WITH A FARM VISIT

Presidium is known for its experiential learning. To enhance the classroom concepts and to give hands on experience to the students of grade 4, we took them for a farm visit as a part of the PBL activity. They understood and learnt about the different aspects of farming. Students also learnt how farming is done from ploughing and leveling of field till the selling of the vegetables.They understood the concept of farm to plate. It was a great learning experience as they interacted with the farmers and asked intriguing questions.
